  1. Excellent converters for corn based foods or all sorts of meals with various forms of corn product ingredients. I exchanged right now 2 and 1/2 kilograms of cornmeal into cups and have done also conversion of 1 oz of cornstarch into tablespoons. Ta for the good work for all of us out there.

Comment from/about : 2.5kg cornmeal to cups and 1oz cornstarch to tbsp | Permalink

  2. I feel sorry for corn farmers. Corn price per bushel goes down, gradually but steady, and to keep up with their income they had to start (as of already a long time ago) to increase corn growing production. Anything to increase, to squeeze a bushel or two of a hectare on a field. This is why they have to add growing agents into their soil, even if not natural or extra costly.

Comment from/about : Bushel yeald corn hectare. | Permalink

  3. I think you need an additional type of converter. I had a recipe that I needed to change cornstarch to normal flour. There doesn’t seem to be anyway to do that on your site. I have looked at many pages on the web to try to find this cornstarch into flour type of converter but haven’t found one.

    Sincerely,
    A Blankenship
