We have used grapeseed oil for cooking at home for a very long time. To us this oil is a culinary gold. It was interesting to learn more about it especially the valuable info about its nutrition. Considering how little of it is necessary to put into a pan when cooking, and how healthier it is comparing to other oils, that only says this oil isn’t expensive at all and wont harm your pocket. Healthy lifestyle is much more important and those few dollars spent, per fortnight, on better health caring must be the right choice. Helen
