I searched for how much maple syrup in fluid ounces is required for 100 servings. We will use this at work function included for desserts. If one serving of maple syrup is 20ml then multiplying this amount by 100 (servings) brings it to 2000ml or 2 liters. Hence the maths conversions are:
2 L ( liter ) of maple syrup equals to = 67.6 fl-oz ( ~ 68 fluid ounces ) of maple syrup. 68 floz divided by 100 servings makes it 0.68 fl oz per one serving or 2/3 – two thirds of fluid ounce per 1 maple syrup serving.
