  3. I wondered what is weight of sunflower oil from g weight unit into ml volume unit and comparing it to water properties. Likewise, with sun flower oil between liter to kilos. I didn’t feel for pouring oil into a glass and measure it’s mass 🙂 I’d prefer all measures done by weight like pro’s do. All ingredients go on a weight-scales one after the other topping up all of them one by one to process after at once. By doing so I save time on measuring and equipment usage not to mention this way saves heaps on handling. We go through a couple cans of sunflower oil daily. Peter
