Excellent table for nutritional information of crushed/chopped walnuts. I am searching for all its mineral contents and omega 3 fatty acids values as I’d like to eat a handful of them every day. Walnuts are very healthy nuts I agree with some extra health benefits. The unique rich and slight bitter flavour in them is actually what compliments foods and pairs of with many different foods.
